registration fees where taken from the pool teams who would like to participate in the seasons league
Teams registered where :-
Kirkliston BC, Torphichen, Bentswood, Attic (new),Grand Central, Goshen A, Goshen B, Green Tree, Coppies Bar (new), Commercial
Da Vincis/Brooklyn, Buchan Park BC.
Teams who may still participate are :-
Stirrup Stane, Oatridge and the Tower bar contact will be made to confirm that these teams are still interested in joining this season.
CONSITUTION
committee asked for a copy of the league constitution to review, if no one has a copy then a new one will be drafted and put to the teams for discussion and agreement
PRESENTATION OF TROPHYS AND PRIZES proposal vote
This was discussed and 3 proposals which where on the table was voted on and proposal number 3 was declared the winner with a 9 v 8 majority

Proposal 1
John Reid and David Kerr
To have a presentation day/night combining the 9 man team,5 man team, consolation cup and presentation of trophy’s.
Proposal 2
Malky Cowan and Mal Aien
To have a presentation /race night 1 week after the league has finished (the Murray Bar kindly said they would host it) but the venue is not confirmed as such. Each team will be required to purchase 6 tickets per team to guarantee enough attendees.
Proposal 3
John Paterson and Keith McLean
To have the whole league 9 man team competition and a presentation of trophies on the same night.
The League had a minutes silence for Harry Coulter’s daughter Elizabeth who was tragically taken away in a road traffic accident.
We are a small community of pool players within the league but when something of this magnitude happens to one of our friends we all feel a deep sense of sadness and loss, we hope that Harry, his wife and family can take some comfort from this gesture by knowing that our thoughts are with the family at this very sad time.
